We are warmly inviting applications from trained Steiner/Waldorf Teachers - ideally with experience in other Steiner Schools - for the following vacancies:

• Class Teacher Class 1, September 2010 start

Salaries are commensurate with experience.

• Two Kindergarten Assistants
  27 hours per week during term-time and 30 days holiday
  (£11,000 p.a.)

• Kindergarten Teacher and Early Years Co-ordinator (f/t)
  (up to £25,000 pa)
  The post of Kindergarten Teacher and Early Years Co-ordinator would be suitable for a quaified teacher of at least 5 years experience to take an existing kindergarten of 16 children and provide some (but not all) mentoring support for 3 other teachers. The successful candidate will also be able to co-ordinate practice between teachers and ensure the completion of all the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements. This extra role attracts additional salary. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced and able Assistant. Key to the development of the education in our school is to have no unecessary dogma.
• Kindergarten Learning Support Assistant
  (25 hours pw term-time only - 30 days holiday)
  (£11,000 p.a)
  This post is to work specifically with a 4 year old kindergarten child with special needs. Good empathy with chidren and attendance at SW Early Years training essential. Experience of working with autistic children preferable but not essential.
